These Terms govern your use of the Outsies mobile app and website. By using Outsies you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Outsies. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own conduct and for deciding whether an activity is right for you. Meetups happen between people in the real world, and you are responsible for your own safety and choices.
Use public meeting places
Activity locations must be public meeting places such as parks, plazas, or venue entrances. Never use a home address as a meeting location.
Follow the Community Guidelines
Do not use Outsies for illegal, dangerous, deceptive, discriminatory, or abusive activity. You must follow theCommunity Guidelines at all times.
Content and conduct
You are responsible for the activities, messages, and other content you create. You grant Outsies the limited right to host, display, and process your content so it can be shown to the people you coordinate with and used to operate and protect the service.
Enforcement
Accounts and content may be restricted or removed to protect people and the service, including to stop unsafe, abusive, or unlawful activity. Blocked users cannot contact you in discovery or communication paths.
Disclaimers
Outsies is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The service is a coordination tool, not a guarantor of safety. Outsies does not perform background checks and does not guarantee another person's identity, behavior, or safety.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outsies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from in-person meetups you choose to join.
Termination
You can stop using Outsies at any time and delete your account from the app. Outsies may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the product develops. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or website.
